We’re aiming for 1% landfill and 99% recycled/composted waste by the end of 2024. This is proving quite the task! Given our rogue and diligently broad range of flavours we’re likely to always have some landfill trash to deal with, but we’re confident we can get this down to 1% of our total waste.

Our subsequent waste streams are: compostable waste, hard plastic recycling, soft plastics recycling, cardboard and paper recycling, and glass recycling. 100% of our disposable packaging is currently compostable, comprised of 90% home compostable / 10% industrial compostable.

Our electricity does not entirely come from renewable sources, and because we are tenants (not landlords), we are powerless to heal this error. We have asked, and will continue to ask, our landlord. We are seeking other ways to offset our carbon footprint on our way to B Corp Certification.
